There is a kind of person who takes their evening as seriously as their morning. Who makes a cup of something warm not out of habit but out of intention. Who understands that rest is not what happens when everything else is done. It is something you make space for.

Van Tulsi honey belongs to that person and that part of the day. Light, clean, and carrying just enough herbal character to feel like it came from somewhere real. Not loud. Not demanding. Just present in the right way.

Description

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Van Tulsi honey is sourced from wild tulsi growing in forest tracts near Gwalior, where the plant grows without cultivation and flowers on its own cycle. The bees find it naturally. The honey they produce carries a lightness that most people do not expect from a tulsi source. Faintly herbal, genuinely clean, and easy on the palate in a way that makes it versatile without making it forgettable.
This is not a honey that announces itself. It settles in. And once it does, most people find it becomes the one they reach for when the day needs to come down a notch.
Wild tulsi. Forest-grown. Unhurried.
Van Tulsi, as the name suggests, is wild forest tulsi. Not cultivated, not farmed in rows. It grows the way it always has, in forest tracts near Gwalior, and our bees are introduced to these areas during the tulsi flowering season.
Because wild tulsi grows in open forest environments alongside other vegetation, the honey has a cleaner, lighter character than cultivated herb honeys. The source is specific. The process is the same as every Florabee variant. One botanical, one harvest window, nothing blended in afterward.
  • Taste: Light, clean, subtly herbal with a soft floral edge
  • Finish: Gentle and short, leaves the palate clean
  • Texture: Light to medium viscosity, pours easily
  • Color: Muted green-gold, one of the lighter varieties in the Florabee range
  • Aroma: Faintly green, softly herbal, nothing overpowering
Van Tulsi is the most approachable honey in the Florabee range for people transitioning from generic supermarket honey. The flavor shift is noticeable but never jarring. It tastes like an upgrade, not a challenge.
Tulsi has been a part of Indian wellness tradition for centuries, valued for its calming and adaptogenic properties. Van Tulsi honey carries that association without overstating it. This is not a supplement. It is a food that fits naturally into routines built around winding down and recovering well.

Evening (best use): A teaspoon stirred into warm herbal tea, chamomile, or tulsi tea itself. The honey layers cleanly with herbal notes without competing. This is the ritual Van Tulsi honey was made for.

Pre-sleep routine: A small spoon in warm milk or golden milk about thirty minutes before bed. Light enough not to feel heavy, grounding enough to feel intentional.

Afternoon reset: When the day hits that slow patch between two and four and you want something warm and settling without caffeine. Van Tulsi in a light brew of ginger or lemon tea does that job quietly.

Light breakfast: Drizzled over plain yogurt, stirred into warm water with lemon, or spread lightly on toast when you want sweetness that does not take over the morning.

What it pairs with: Chamomile tea, tulsi tea, warm milk, plain yogurt, lemon water, light fruit, oatmeal.

What it does not suit: Strong chai, heavy breakfast preparations, or anything that needs a honey with real assertiveness. Van Tulsi is not that honey. It is the one that makes space rather than filling it.
