FUNCTIONAL BENEFITS + BEST TIME TO CONSUME
Evening (best use): A teaspoon stirred into warm herbal tea, chamomile, or tulsi tea itself. The honey layers cleanly with herbal notes without competing. This is the ritual Van Tulsi honey was made for.
Pre-sleep routine: A small spoon in warm milk or golden milk about thirty minutes before bed. Light enough not to feel heavy, grounding enough to feel intentional.
Afternoon reset: When the day hits that slow patch between two and four and you want something warm and settling without caffeine. Van Tulsi in a light brew of ginger or lemon tea does that job quietly.
Light breakfast: Drizzled over plain yogurt, stirred into warm water with lemon, or spread lightly on toast when you want sweetness that does not take over the morning.
What it pairs with: Chamomile tea, tulsi tea, warm milk, plain yogurt, lemon water, light fruit, oatmeal.
What it does not suit: Strong chai, heavy breakfast preparations, or anything that needs a honey with real assertiveness. Van Tulsi is not that honey. It is the one that makes space rather than filling it.
