You are the person who reads the menu properly. Who tries the unfamiliar thing on the table before defaulting to the familiar one. Who has opinions about olive oil, knows what blooming spices means, and keeps at least three condiments in the fridge that most people have never heard of.

Dhaniya honey was made for you. Citrusy, bright, and genuinely unexpected from a coriander source. It does not taste like what you think it will. That is entirely the point.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Most people hear “coriander honey” and expect something savory, green, maybe a little sharp. What they get instead is bright and citrusy, with a lightness that sits closer to a good lemon blossom honey than anything herbal.
That is what makes Dhaniya honey the most talked-about variant in the Florabee range. It is not just good. It is interesting. And in a world where most honey tastes like most other honey, interesting is rare.
Sourced from coriander farms in the Gwalior region during the dhaniya flowering season, this is a single-source harvest that captures one of Indian agriculture’s most overlooked botanical moments. The result is a honey that food-curious people discover once and immediately start putting on everything.
Coriander is one of the most widely grown crops across central India, but its flowering window is short and specific. Our bee colonies are introduced to coriander farms in the Gwalior region during that window, foraging from a single botanical source through the entire harvest.
The citrusy brightness in the flavor comes directly from the coriander blossom nectar. It is not added, adjusted, or enhanced. It is simply what the flower produces and what the honey carries forward when nothing is done to interfere with it.
  • Taste: Citrusy, bright, with a clean herbal undertone
  • Finish: Light and lively, lingers without heaviness
  • Texture: Light to medium viscosity, pours cleanly Color: Herbal gold-green, one of the most distinctive in the Florabee range
  • Aroma: Faintly citrus-floral, fresh and clean
First-time tasters consistently expect one thing and get another. The citrusy brightness is the first thing you notice. The faint herbal character of the coriander source comes through on the finish. Together they make a honey that rewards attention in a way that most do not.
Dhaniya honey is the most versatile cooking honey in the Florabee range. Its brightness lifts dressings, marinades, and sauces the way a squeeze of citrus does, without the acidity. For people who cook with intention, it becomes a regular reach rather than an occasional one.

In the kitchen (best use): Whisked into salad dressings, brushed onto grilled proteins before the last few minutes of cooking, stirred into yogurt-based dips, or drizzled over roasted vegetables right before serving. The citrusy brightness does something in a savory context that most honeys simply cannot.

Morning: Stirred into warm lemon water for a clean, bright start. The honey and lemon notes layer naturally. Light on the stomach, easy to make a habit.

With fresh fruit: Drizzled over a fruit bowl, mixed into a fruit chaat dressing, or paired with fresh citrus segments. Dhaniya honey amplifies rather than competes.

Afternoon tea: In a light green tea or lemon tea where you want sweetness that adds to the flavor rather than covering it.

As a finishing touch: A small drizzle over plain yogurt, ricotta, or fresh paneer just before serving. It changes the dish in a way that takes about three seconds and no explanation.

What it pairs with: Lemon water, green tea, salad dressings, grilled chicken, roasted vegetables, plain yogurt, fresh fruit, light cheese.

What it does not suit: Heavy chai, strong milk-based preparations, or anything where you need a grounding, robust honey. Dhaniya is bright and light. It does not belong in heavy company.
